Hello, I am Monkicat Giha, textile artist, writer and academic, and meditation has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Discovering the Center of Mindfulness years ago, I found it to be a sanctuary for quiet reflection and inner growth. For me, meditation is more than just a practice—it is a way to cultivate compassion, deepen self-awareness, and connect more fully with the present moment. Through guiding others in meditation, I hope to create a space where we can explore stillness together, nurture understanding, and bring a greater sense of peace into our daily lives.
